Motherhood is beautiful, but it can also feel overwhelming, isolating, and full of questions. You deserve to feel supported, nourished, and confident—not just surviving the pregnancy and postpartum season, but truly healing and thriving. That's why I'm here: to walk alongside you with evidence-based guidance, compassionate support, and practical tools so you can care for yourself while caring for your baby.

Now I'm honored to be in your corner.

That's why I created Restored Women's Health—not because I have a perfect story, but because I know what it feels like to need someone in your corner.

If you're feeling overwhelmed by endless information, uncertain about who to trust, or quietly carrying the weight of anxiety, depression, or postpartum OCD, you don't have to navigate this season alone. My goal is to provide evidence-based guidance, compassionate support, and practical nourishment so you can feel confident, cared for, and equipped as you heal and embrace motherhood.

Like many mothers, I entered pregnancy and postpartum believing I was prepared. As a labor and delivery nurse and OB-GYN nurse practitioner, I thought I would have all the answers, breastfeed with ease, and recover quickly. Instead, God humbled me through pregnancies, births, and postpartum experiences that looked very different than I expected.

My journey has included spontaneous labor, vaginal and cesarean births, low-risk and high-risk pregnancies, late-night Google searches, countless texts to mom friends, and phone calls to my own physician. I've also experienced the emotional challenges that can accompany postpartum, including postpartum OCD. Through every high and low, God faithfully taught me that no amount of medical knowledge replaces the need for support, encouragement, and someone to walk beside you.

I believed I had all the knowledge I needed to heal from my deliveries.
